Live. Join the Search family in one of our beautiful group homes. Search's Supported Living Program offers you a chance to experience all the responsibilities and fun of home life with a small, close-knit group of peers. Enjoy your independence, but rest assured you've got a professional in-home support team you can count on 24/7. Home locations include the neighborly communities of Chicago's north and northwest sides, as well as Skokie, Morton Grove, and Mount Prospect.  Your Supported Living program package includes support for all of your activities of daily living, as well as comprehensive health care and recreational services for an active, healthy lifestyle.

Learn. Spark your individuality and find your passion. Search's Adult Learning Program offers you a world-class experience at three state-of-the-art program locations in Chicago, Mount Prospect, and Waukegan. We offer hundreds of meaningful and fun group courses to inspire your day - from computer skills to nutrition to fitness and exercise. Attend full-time, part-time or take a single course. Take advantage of our large and growing assortment of course topics and see where your interests take you! 

Work.  Challenge yourself and discover your potential. Search's Vocational Program offers both community-based employment and in-house paid work options. Make your employment dreams a reality by working for a local business or learning valuable job skills. Beginning with an in-depth assessment of your interests and skills, our experienced vocational team can help you choose the option that's best for you. We also provide the on-the-job support you need to succeed.  The choice to work means different things to different people; Search helps you make the choice that's right for you.

Play.  Explore the world outside your front door. Search's Recreation Program offers something for almost every taste.  Enjoy outdoor screenings of your favorite movies at neighborhood parks throughout the city, concerts on the green at Ravinia, or take in a Cubs home game at Wrigley Field. Our community-based recreation program can take you there. Feeling really adventurous? Try Search for Adventure, our unique travel program that offers a variety of outdoor adventures and vacation experiences. Getaways include hiking the historic Appalachian Trail, experiencing the majesty of the Grand Canyon, and riding the range at the Powderhorn Dude Ranch in Colorado.
